Our main areas of work are:

• in areas subject to renovation and temporary use; we test experimental urban redevelopment concepts and new forms of participation.
• in urban planning for agglomerations we ensure that spatial and aesthetic criteria are applied to the implementation of planning procedures.

• in spatial management we are concerned with new methods for transferable development rights and with questions concerning the land and property marked.
